Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel Demand Gen campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in collaboration with Sales.
  • Create and execute targeted, personalized outreach campaigns to engage and convert key accounts, using tactics such as custom email sequences, account-based landing pages, and retargeting ads.
  • Partner with Content to understand content pillars, align on content strategy, and ensure effective distribution that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and aligns with key pain points (e.g., ticket selling, fan engagement).
  • Design and manage lead nurturing flows, leveraging email marketing and retargeting to guide prospects through the funnel and toward sales qualification.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including MQLs, account engagement, conversion rates, and sales influence.
  • Generate regular reports to share insights with the Commercial Team and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and shared accountability for growth targets.
