About the role  

In this role, you will serve as a vital member of our sanitation team at our LEED’s Commissary Kitchen by being responsible for maintaining a clean environment in accordance with Food Safety and Sanitation regulation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Comply with health and sanitation procedures and support overall cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace.
• Complete daily tasks assigned by the manager on duty
• Washing and sanitizing all areas including restrooms, offices, kitchens, and conference spaces
• Check machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Sanitize the common areas, including floors, walls, countertops, furniture and restrooms.
• Removal of garbage throughout operational hours and at the end of the shift
• PPE in accordance with the company’s SOPs

• Job Location: Cranford, NJ
• Pay Rate: $15/hr
• Full-Time

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience working in, but not limited to, a restaurant, hotel, or large facility environment. 
• Comfortable working in various temperatures including cold and hot environments 
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Food Safety and HACCP guideline knowledge including proper protein food safety temperatures and "danger zone" food temperatures 
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to work in a quick-paced and ever-changing environment

• Must be 18 years of age
