Princeton MedSpa Partners

View

Princeton MedSpa Partners buys established medical aesthetics practices, including medical spas, cosmetic dermatology offices, and plastic surgery centers, to build a nationwide network. It provides centralized back-end support—like marketing, recruitment, accounting, IT, HR, and business intelligence—so clinicians can focus on patient care, while the group negotiates bulk purchasing for advanced technologies. The company operates two divisions, Acquisitions and Franchise, and funds growth through large financing rounds to support acquisitions and franchise development. Its goal is to create a scalable platform that broadens access to aesthetic services and offers partnerships or exits for clinic owners.
