Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Publicis Media as a Senior Insight Exec working on one of Starcom’s biggest clients.
It will be your responsibility to deliver a continuous brand tracking solution and bespoke online community as part of a broader insight and data led ‘Voice of the Consumer’ project.
You will also be involved in the development and execution of consumer intelligence approaches incorporating ‘insight’ and ‘data’: typically panel research combined with digital behavioral and 3rd party data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a high profile and bespoke continuous brand tracker, including regular reporting to the client brand teams to help inform marketing decisions across the business
- Development of an online community – including set up, task design and insight delivery to help inform product development, creative and media concept testing, consumer journey and audience understanding
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the client and planning teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business and category.
- Ad-hoc support to planning and strategy team to help deliver agile insights– including a wide consideration of different approaches/combinations: ‘traditional’ vs ‘innovative’ methodologies; research based vs. data based (and hybrid); syndicated vs. bespoke vs. proprietary products and approaches
- Support the Strategic Intelligence department proposition through the development of proprietary planning/activation products training and project implementation
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Knowledge of brand tracking solutions
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods (ideally including online communities)
- Understanding of statistical techniques used in consumer research and data analysis
- Broad understanding of digital behavioural data providers and their potential
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Strong story telling skills including the ability to accurately communicate insights (written or verbally)
- Excellent presentation skills for client presentations
- Excellent excel skills
- Research/insight team experience at a media agency, research agency or media owner
