  • 10+ years of experience including direct senior management engagement
  • Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Seasoned individual with ability to run multiple strategic concurrent projects with little supervision

  • Proven track record of seeking out information and making informed recommendations

Responsibilities
  • Planning and coordinating adoption activities for Workforce Planning transformation activities across Operations
  • Engage with key stakeholders in ACT & Operations organisations to ensure timely adoption of all in scope programs
  • Work with ACT/WFP teams to understand and communicate planning dependencies, changes and solutions
  • Work with Operations stakeholders and SMEs to identify, manage and resolve risks and issues
  • Lead and participate in project governance activities as required
  • Own and manage relevant Transformation Program Office processes and artifacts as required (e.g. scoping, closure, etc.)
  • Engage Program PMOs to manage PTS, Jira and related systems for status updates and progress tracking
  • Create status updates and support senior management with program information as needed.
