Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve objectives for assigned partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, managing all aspects of the relationship to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate new business partnerships, as well as manage existing partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growing revenue through partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that all parties are meeting the terms of the agreement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure that partnerships are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of assigned partnerships and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new partnership opportunities.
  • Manage and track Partner engagement and performance.
  • Develop and maintain Partner engagement plans and communication cadence.
