What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing and growing partnerships, both with large and small companies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- The ability to think strategically and to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of business concepts, marketing, and finance.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry will be a plus point.
Impact You’ll Make:
The Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Advisor will be responsible for managing existing and attracting new platform and distribution partners across; Auto, Mortgage, Credit Unions, and new market adjacencies to increase adoption of TU products and solutions .This will include our existing and new innovative solutions that have launched or will be launched in 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve objectives for assigned partnerships.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, managing all aspects of the relationship to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate new business partnerships, as well as manage existing partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies for growing revenue through partnerships.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that all parties are meeting the terms of the agreement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure that partnerships are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitor the performance of assigned partnerships and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new partnership opportunities.
- Manage and track Partner engagement and performance.
- Develop and maintain Partner engagement plans and communication cadence.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
