  • Must currently be pursuing MBA degree in related field from an accredited college or university

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and cross functional environment with proven track record of delivering projects

  • Experience working with internet technologies, or the payments industry is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to interface and build relations at all levels
  • This is a Summer 2023 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2023 internships are not available
  • Must currently be pursuing an MBA from an accredited college or university
  • Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2023
  • Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer
Responsibilities
  • Understand PayPal's strategic goals and competitive position in order to inform partnership strategy and to deliver best in class solutions
  • Build content to tell compelling partnership narratives for prospective partners
  • Provide analytical support for PayPal's and partners business cases
  • Support the CRM of pipeline of partnerships
  • Build trust and effective relationships with internal cross-functional teams and partner teams
  • Work with global teams to assess the impact of key Industry trends and changes, share perspective, and seek clarity
  • Seek constant optimization of our payment solutions
  • Support internal processes optimization
  • Manage partners through escalations and ensure resolution across partners, merchants, and internal teams
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams, facilitating joint product development, co-marketing, and other opportunities
  • Develop and execute proactive partnership strategy and programs to elevate PayPal's competitive position as Industry leader
