Requirements
  • 2 + years leave processing experience
  • Understand federal and state laws in leave processing for the organization’s footprint
Responsibilities
  • Ensure policy adherence, data entry, and research for employee leaves of absences
  • Timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through a ticketing system, phone, and/or email
  • Provide clerical/administrative support to a high volume leave and employee service functions
  • Research and resolve employee issues and corrects errors as necessary
Desired Qualifications
  • Multi-state leave processing experience
  • Experience in working with a third-party administrator to administer employee leaves
  • PeopleSoft experience or equivalent software
  • Experience in high volume leave processing in an employee or customer service matrix
