  • Commercially astute, with a keen understanding of budget management, prioritisation, and spend control, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and cost parameters.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the ERP system for Soho House, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal performance.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all ERP-related matters, directly liaising with the Chief Technology Officer to align strategies and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Digital leads across IT, Data, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure cohesive, timely, and efficient ERP system integration.
  • Hold the Systems Integrator (SI) to the highest standards of accountability, driving excellence in work quality, project timelines, and deliverable expectations.
  • Remain flexible to take on additional strategic responsibilities beyond core ERP, managing and overseeing related technology projects to meet business objectives.
