Bay Area Hospital is a community hospital serving Coos Bay and surrounding communities on the southern Oregon coast. It provides emergency care, surgery, imaging, rehabilitation, inpatient treatment and a range of medical specialties. Clinical and support teams coordinate hospital-based and outpatient services for patients who might otherwise travel farther for care. The organization’s regional role centers on maintaining accessible healthcare infrastructure and clinical services for the communities in its service area. Service delivery depends on clinical, operational and administrative teams working across its care settings.
