- At least 5 years of experience with OpenText Media Manager (OTMM).
- Functional knowledge of digital asset management, asset ingestion, and system integration with managed file transfer systems.
- Experience preferably with OTMM version 10.5.
- Troubleshooting and analysis skills on OTMM servers and associated user interfaces.
- Strong administration skills specific to OTMM, Enterprise Production System (EPS), and managed file transfer systems on the administration console.
- Experience maintaining and performing housekeeping activities in an OTMM environment.
- Experience configuring OTMM metadata, security, policies, users, and advanced search settings.
- Experience customizing OTMM and associated application servers.
- Experience synchronizing and consolidating Media Manager and directory services.
- Experience installing OTMM patches and performing upgrades.
- Experience operating Microsoft SQL Server, including database maintenance and administration.
- A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in information technology.
- Define new architectures and independently drive projects from an architectural standpoint.
- Experience preferably with OTMM version 10.5.
