Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in inside admissions, admissions, customer service, higher education, or a related role is required.
  • Inside admissions experience and knowledge, with a proven track record of achieving targets, is required.
  • Ability to communicate articulately and in a friendly manner with prospective candidates by phone, online, and email is required.
  • High-quality written communication skills, including grammar, conventions, logical flow, and word choice, are required.
Responsibilities
  • Actively communicate and engage with potential candidates through Zoom, email, phone, and text throughout the enrollment cycle.
  • Manage a database of leads and nurture and convert leads into fully enrolled candidates.
  • Meet weekly and monthly admissions team goals.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with the Director of Admissions.
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates by understanding their backgrounds, motivations, and goals, and promote the value of Moreland University.
  • Provide engaging and accurate information about Moreland University to prospective candidates.
  • Communicate in culturally sensitive ways with applicants from diverse academic, professional, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Set regular appointments with qualified leads for program discussions and application submission, followed by enrollment.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the supervisor.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the Moreland University product portfolio to facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Understand how products meet prospects' needs for a recognized teaching qualification or a Master of Education degree.
Desired Qualifications
  • Being located in the metropolitan Washington, DC area is preferred but not required.

Colibri Group acquires AI simulation firm Audirie to expand professional learning

Colibri Group, a professional education company backed by Gridiron Capital, has acquired Audirie, an AI-driven simulation and assessment company. The acquisition adds conversational AI technology that enables professionals to practice realistic scenarios through interactive simulations. Audirie currently serves healthcare settings, but Colibri plans to extend the simulation-based learning capabilities across multiple industries it serves, including accounting, financial services, real estate and construction. The technology will be integrated with Colibri's existing AI innovations, including Newt and Rubi, which provide personalised learning experiences. "Audirie adds exciting new capabilities that will help us leverage AI further in pursuit of what has long been the holy grail of learning — a personalized, interactive, one-on-one learning experience," said Shravan Goli, Colibri's CEO.
