  • Ability to travel 40%
Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to facilitate growth of Carrier building systems, solutions, and services sales.
  • Gain access to senior customer decision-makers including VP level decision makers in Construction & Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
  • Drive and support strategic marketing efforts in target vertical market.
  • Collaborate with Carrier’s engineering and product management teams to identify, develop and deliver a suite of Carrier building solutions and services to customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree in Engineering or Related Field
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing experience in selling HVAC solutions within the Healthcare vertical
  • Proven experience developing and managing Healthcare enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and create demand for new solutions.
  • Proven experience and ability to develop and execute consultative sales strategies that drive value growth for customers.
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams to resolve unusually complex problems
  • Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience. This includes the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to understand contractual, legal language
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent project management skills and execution
