Bluebeam is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to own the overall administration of Salesforce.com (SFDC). This includes, but is not limited to, system configuration, ongoing testing and maintenance, new feature implementation, and release management. This role collaborates with other Salesforce admins and engineers to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment. 

What You’ll Do:

•  Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
•  Architecting, designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
•  Mentoring more junior developers. 
•  Creating timelines and development goals.
•  Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
•  Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
•  Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
•  Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

About You:

• Advanced knowledge of salesforce CRM platforms, apps, add-ons.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or E-Commerce
• Working knowledge of IDE’s, CI/CD (VSCode preferred)
• Experience with Source Code based management- Bitbucket, Jenkins, SFDX preferred
• Ability to articulate technical concepts across a broad audience
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
• Salesforce Administrator Certification 
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is $125,700-$172,700.
