Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to ‘hit the ground running’, and for the most part be able to manage their workload autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective, efficient and exciting cross channel media strategies, rooted in unquestionable rationale, for some of Adobe’s key products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Express and Acrobat
- Manage campaigns from Brief to PCA, with the support of the Business Director and Planning Exec
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team at Adobe to take them on a journey through plan creation, digital implementation and post campaign analysis
- Forging strong working relationships with the digital activation team and media vendors alike
- Ensuring accurate & timely campaign activation
- Maintaining financial accuracy and tracking, with the support of a planning exec
- Supporting the development of a planning executive
- Contribute to test & learn programmes to improve Adobe’s media effectiveness in partnership with the Digital Strategy Director, EMEA Business Director and the Digital Activation Team
- Ensure high quality data delivery for Adobe, together with the relevant digital specialists
- Effectively analyse historical campaigns to integrate learnings into future campaigns, together with the analytics teams within Adobe.pub and Adobe
- Move Adobe towards a “full-funnel” approach combing lower and upper funnel media to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and coach a planning executive
- Always seek out new and improved planning approaches, partners, data sets, processes and ways of working to continuously improve the team
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- Be passionate about multi-media channel planning based on data-led insights and have experience as a Planning Manager in a previous role where you’ve created strategies and plans to meet client needs
- Be an assured presenter, confident and collected. Excellent communication skills are critical
- Be a confident multitasker, comfortable in fast paced environments
- Take a detail oriented approach and take great pride in delivering outstanding work across every campaign
- Have strong account management skills to ensure seamless delivery, build trust and develop an effective working relationship with Adobe and internal stakeholders
