The Opportunity
Become a part of our Adobe Service Management team! We cultivate a service quality culture across Adobe through Service Management frameworks that increase ASM partner efficiency and enable excellent experiences for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include leading the global policy framework, collaborating with ER partners and senior business leaders, and implementing strategic and operational processes for the 1-AER initiative. You will communicate the operational resilience posture and requirements across the company, including to senior leaders. This is an outstanding opportunity to craft and influence Adobe’s resilience strategies, ensuring our world-class services remain unimpaired even in the face of challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and coordinate the 1-AER resilience framework, policies, and tools to meet audit and compliance expectations.
- Develop and implement enterprise resilience strategies, leading all aspects of the business continuity management program in alignment with company policies and standards.
- Connect with executive management and relevant partners regarding operational enterprise resilience.
- Develop and maintain a 1-AER taxonomy for organizational clarity and consistency.
- Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly updated, partnering with collaborators to test and improve ER plans.
- Lead continuous improvement of resilience practices, aligning with regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop training programs to raise awareness and prepare personnel for disruptions.
- Create and manage a team to execute the enterprise resilience strategy and operations.
What You Need to Succeed
- The ideal candidate will have senior leadership-level experience in the global operational resilience framework, including leading enterprise-wide resilience initiatives and developing, implementing, and managing business continuity programs and plans.
- They should have experience in assessing organizational risk, recommending resiliency and recovery strategies, and implementing training and exercises.
- Must be skilled in evaluating and developing enterprise-wide taxonomy and programs that support the business.
- A deep knowledge and understanding of enterprise-wide resiliency framework principles and strategies, as well as emerging trends in the field, is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to engage proficiently at all levels of the organization. The candidate should have strong experience in addressing senior-level leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Possess a talent for influencing and driving resilience strategies across diverse customers, partners, and business units.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- A strong analytical background with 10-15 years of combined experience in enterprise-wide resilience capabilities to include crisis management, emergency response, business continuity, cyber incident response, and/or IT disaster recovery programs as well as audit, assurance, data analysis, risk modeling, and testing experience
- Graduate degree, MBA, or related experience preferred
- Preferred: Industry certification in one or more of the following: BCI, PMI, CCSA, CISA, CA, CCSP, ISC, ITIL
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $151,500 -- $294,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
