Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Fully knowledgeable of the casino floor and all table and seat numbers
  • know the value of the different chips used in the casino
  • previous cash handling experience
  • learn all required promotional information and games offered at Parkwest Casino
  • build a positive rapport with guests
  • provide excellent guest service on a daily basis to reach higher levels of customer service
