Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the transformation projects: requirements intake, business design global alignment, client experience, Ops. readiness, product approvals, budget, tech. rollout & testing, market launch/migration; ensuring stakeholders (Product, Ops., Tech.) alignment and execution, leading to a successful implementation of the new ecosystem and a smooth and timely migration of all clients.
  • Lead the front-running/multi-disciplinary (Product, Ops., Tech.) initial country assessments, identifying and documenting requirements and gaps.
  • Responsible for providing leadership and direction to one or more scrum teams and will hold end-to-end responsibility for the product owned.
  • Own applicable signoff of project artifacts and requirements.
  • Engage as needed and ensure commitment and alignment of key initiative stakeholders (Ops, Tech, Compliance, Sanctions, other Product areas, at local, regional, and global levels) to project governance, required participation and deliverables. Escalate as needed.
  • Ensure solution design aligns with strategic direction, including adherence to the Business Design Authority and PODs processes.
  • Ensure solution alignment with global business objectives, scheme requirements, branch needs and client experience.
  • Own client migration strategy, planning & execution - including assessment of client demographics, impact on client experience and defining the optimal migration approach.
  • Structure and oversee the internal and external communications plans, aligning with Product Management, Sales and cluster/local management.
  • Drive Product readiness activities with local Product, including business/Sales/front office alignment and product documentation.
  • Ensure all compliance needs are duly met (NAC, NPA, Sanctions, etc.)
  • Ensure Operations Readiness activities proper planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams (Prod., Tech and Ops) the implementation and support activities. Support and keep proactive engagement with global, regional, and country teams (Ops, Tech., Prod.) towards preparation of Business Cases, trainings, awareness sessions and other related project required activities.
