Requirements
- High School graduate and two years of college chemistry or related science courses
- Demonstrated proficiency at routine mathematics, which includes addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Manipulation including mixing equipment, lab glassware, testing machines, and other standard lab tools
- Computer skills to manipulate and graph data and report experimental work
- Training period is 1st shift and then need to be flexible to work on different shifts
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lab Technician
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and interprets test results and determines acceptability
- Records time spent against work orders
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines, including the safe and proper operation of any and all applicable machinery and equipment
