Responsibilities
  • Perform friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service when greeting and waiting on all guests.
  • Perform pre-service and after-service procedures according to standards.
  • Understand and accurately follow the standard sequence of service.
  • Ensure consistent application of correct service techniques across all meal periods.
  • Understand all ordered food and beverage items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and proper service.
  • Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
  • Ensure proper usage of food and beverage items, equipment, tools, and service equipment.
  • Observe and maintain the daily condition of restaurant facilities and equipment, and recommend corrections and improvements as needed.
  • Maintain a culture compliant with the mission, vision, values, and core principles of HSH.
