Experience Level
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field OR 1 years of experience in Industrial engineering, ecommerce, grocery retail, or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to understand basic Six Sigma concepts and interpret methodology results
  • Demonstrated strong technical skills and personal drive in continuous process improvement and cost optimization
  • Perform data entry as required for WMS Products at Enterprise level as required for escalation procedures. Research and resolve any issues pertaining to data validity or report accuracy, and identify the cause(s), and take action to prevent problems from reoccurring
  • Manage and execute multiple process continuous improvement and problem-solving projects simultaneously from conception through successful implementation, both independently and by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage designated work stream to meet business needs by translating business plans into tactical action items; communicating goals and objectives; overseeing work assignments; aligning team efforts; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying, communicating, and addressing improvement opportunities; assuming responsibility for decision making
  • Lead Operations teams in hands-on troubleshooting of the manufacturing process for moderately complex safety, environmental, quality, and production problems and recommending and implementing solutions
  • Research and challenge industry standards to tailor the best practical solution for Weee!
  • Collaborate with highly technical cross-functional teams to ensure that we achieve desired efficiencies with the lowest possible costs
  • Expect 30%+ national travel
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge in process modeling and simulation is a plus
