- The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of quality assurance experience in an Agile and technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the ISTQB Foundation certification is desirable but not required.
- The candidate must be proficient in front-end test automation using Cypress and Playwright.
- The candidate must be proficient in application programming interface testing using Postman.
- The candidate must be comfortable with test management tools such as Xray and Zephyr.
- The candidate must be comfortable with continuous integration and continuous delivery using GitLab.
- The candidate must demonstrate attention to detail and rigor.
- The candidate must be able to explain quality issues clearly to convince and engage teams.
- The candidate must have technical English reading and writing skills.
- Participate in defining test strategies for key roadmap features.
- Write detailed functional, exploratory, and regression test plans.
- Develop and maintain automated end-to-end, application programming interface, and integration test suites to secure deployments.
- Collaborate with developers and Product on acceptance criteria and Three Amigos activities to prevent bugs as early as possible.
- Contribute to improving quality assurance practices.
- Monitor releases and analyze post-production incidents.
- Provide occasional technical mentoring to more junior team members.
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics, including order management systems or enterprise resource planning.
- Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing.
- ISTQB Foundation certification.
