Requirements
  • A desire and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Current student or recent graduate from an undergraduate or master's program with coursework in communication, data analysis, real estate, or a related field.
  • Must be willing to work full-time for the full 10-week term of the program, beginning June 9, 2024.
  • Aptitude in developing proficient technology skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required. We do not offer sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Create mini-presentations regarding research findings and present them for routine professional development
  • Review data and information provided by clients for accuracy and use-ability
  • Conduct and assist in the analysis and research needed for the successful production of client deliverables; this may include but is not limited to enrollment data, on-campus housing units and pricing, off-campus market trends and planned development projects
  • Support marketing initiatives, such as organizing clients by state, size, institution-type, conference execution, build digital contact list, etc.,
  • Update and document standard operating processes
  • Participate in survey development, review templates, provide feedback and generate ideas to ensure relevancy to today’s student population
  • Refine data collection models for market studies
  • Analyze and summarize recent research on topics including but not limited to student development theory, residence life/student housing, national and regional enrollment trends, community college housing trends, regional multifamily housing rental markets and public-private partnerships in higher education
