Responsibilities:

• Develop business use cases and software requirements to enhance our ERP system. 
• Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, coding, documentation, and testing, with a strong emphasis on Spring Boot Framework.
• Implement Redis for efficient data caching and storage within the ERP system.
• Generate Business Intelligence (BI) reports for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS).
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines, including engineering, production, supply chain, mission management, and more, to ensure organizational efficiency and consistency.
• Write comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and system understanding.

Requirements/Skills:

• Solid understanding of supply chain best practices in both B2C and B2B settings.
• Minimum of 1 year of Web Application Development Experience with a focus on Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in JAVA, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
• Experience with mySQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Proficiency in mobile and platform-independent programming.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in API and Microservice Development.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with priority.

Qualifications:

• Background in any ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.).
• Development experience in the cloud (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in React JS.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong skills in technical documentation.
• Experience with Spring Boot Framework.
• Knowledge of Redis for data caching and storage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
