  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience is required; an Associate's degree is accepted with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industries, users, workflows, and business problems the product is intended to address.
  • Work directly with customers, design partners, domain experts, sales teams, and industry leaders to identify meaningful and repeatable product value.
  • Set product vision, strategy, and near-term thesis; define the product, target users, differentiation, and deliberate non-goals.
  • Turn ambiguous opportunities into focused product bets and make tradeoffs across customer value, technical feasibility, commercial potential, speed, quality, and strategic fit.
  • Define how agents should reason, act, use tools, interact with users, handle uncertainty, and escalate when human judgment is required.
  • Work with engineering and design to define product behavior, evaluations, quality thresholds, failure handling, trust mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
  • Lead discovery, prototyping, design-partner validation, production development, and broader market launch with a small cross-functional team.
  • Write product briefs, requirements, decision documents, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience and define product outcomes, behavioral expectations, evaluation criteria, and quality thresholds.
  • Build with design partners and early customers to test product desirability, usability, technical performance, business value, and willingness to pay.
  • Partner with commercial and industry leaders on positioning, packaging, pricing, routes to market, and launch strategy.
  • Define product goals, success measures, and key results, and use product data, customer behavior, qualitative feedback, support signals, evaluations, and commercial performance to guide decisions.
  • Own adoption, usage, retention, customer value, and product quality after launch.
  • Use AI tools for customer research, synthesis, competitive analysis, product exploration, prototyping, data analysis, documentation, and decision support.
  • Build repeatable AI context, prompts, workflows, and tools that improve product-team effectiveness.
  • Help other product managers improve customer thinking, prioritization, product judgment, and AI-native practices.
  • Contribute to shared principles, standards, tools, and the operating model of the broader product organization.
  • Work regularly in person with the local product team and periodically travel to meet customers, design partners, or other product teams.

Accenture is shifting its growth strategy, de-emphasising LearnVantage, a learning and training business it built and promoted heavily in 2024. The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. Accenture acquires Dutch SAP partner McCoy to boost mid-market AI and ERP capabilities

Accenture has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner specialising in mid-market companies. Upon closing, McCoy will join Accenture Edge, the firm's mid-market business serving companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion. Founded in 2012, McCoy operates from the Netherlands with offices in Spain and the Philippines. The company employs over 380 professionals who design, implement and manage SAP solutions across ERP, data and business applications. McCoy holds SAP Gold Partner status and serves clients in high-tech, manufacturing, public sector, utilities and retail. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture Edge's position in the EMEA mid-market whilst expanding SAP modernisation capabilities in the Netherlands. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
