Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience, or client-facing customer service experience required.
  • Must be open to working in a performance-driven environment, and motivated to achieve sales metrics and goals.
  • A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
Responsibilities
  • Meet daily in-person with warm leads to sell termite solutions.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Answer questions and provide clear, concise information.
  • Work to achieve monthly or quarterly sales KPI’s, metrics and goals.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally.
  • Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property.
  • Identify locations conducive to termites and preventative measures we would take to protect the home from future infestations.
  • Identify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppings.
  • Distinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activity.
  • Document and report the status of colonies accurately.
  • Articulate expectations for curative treatments.
  • Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results to customers.
  • Demonstrate how the treatment will effectively address the specific issues found during the inspection.
  • Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed.
  • Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation.
  • Use the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customer.
  • Work schedule includes every other Saturday.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in termite inspection preferred but not required.
