Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in office management or administration are an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical or sales support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with scheduling and office management tools
  • Proficiency in English

  • Will report to Country Manager and has no direct reports
  • The work environment will primarily be an air-conditioned office setting requiring the employee to sit for prolonged periods while concentrating on a computer screen
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and internal or external events
  • Maintain, organize and update files, records and correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Monitor and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other business documentation
  • Process invoices, expense reports and support basic financial tracking
  • Address routine client and internal inquiries related to administrative processes
  • Promote a positive, professional office environment by resolving day-to-day issues promptly
  • Perform general office duties as required
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with the execution of sales strategies, follow-ups and promotional activities
