  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma/ MBA, formal education in marketing

Responsibilities
  • Developing Strategy for driving the growth agenda for a specific range of products within PDT portfolio.
  • Own portfolio performance and growth (enhancement of market share)
  • Partner with Business Leads and Sales team to tailor/co-create the marketing arsenal (campaigns and tools) per needs of the cluster/segment
  • Develop KOL & stakeholder engagement plans through presence/participation marketing activities like symposia/conclave/conference.
  • Conceptualize, develop business cases incorporating input from cross-functional stakeholders for brands in pipeline to accelerate launch approvals
  • Ensure effective execution of activities by interfacing with the sales team on a periodic basis
  • Proactively conduct competition mapping, Profiling, targeting and segmentation exercises for improving brand performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead development of long range and mid-range plans and forecast for the product portfolio assigned
  • Continually drive to gain customer / market intelligence through working with the customer facing teams.
  • Work with cross-functional team to ensure successful omnichannel launch, future upgrade and monitor campaigns to clinicians using digital platforms, understanding digital profiles of KOLs, patient journeys etc.
  • Looks for innovative integration of evolved digital platforms such as social media to address various strategic objectives.
  • Hold deep understanding of Takeda ethic and compliance standards, SOPs and acts in accordance.
  • Responsible for disease and therapy awareness programs through Marketing driven Takeda organized meeting
  • Robust involvement in brand forecasts, supply planning, inventory management, discard management, pricing etc. to have strong focus in top and bottom line.
Desired Qualifications
  • Cross-functional experience in sales management, market access, consulting, strategy roles etc. would be preferred.
