Responsibilities
  • Proactively and reactively sell our event spaces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to create memorable experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits, entertain clients, and represent Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane at industry events and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to remain competitive.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
