  • 2-3 years in an SMB AE or similar role, ideally within SaaS or HRTech.
  • Proven track record of closing high-volume deals and hitting targets.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and unshaken by challenges.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain it throughout the sales cycle.
  • Naturally curious and quick to master multi-product solutions, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Skilled in consultative techniques, positioning products as tailored solutions.
  • Great at managing multiple leads and tasks without losing focus on CRM hygiene.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Eager to take ownership of your pipeline, hitting quarterly and annual goals.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads with a dash of outbound outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and guide prospects through each stage of the sales journey.
  • Showcase Workleap’s solutions, aligning products to meet client needs.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience.
  • Keep CRM data sharp and clean, ensuring seamless communication and data integrity.
  • Efficiently manage inbound leads and focus on timely, high-quality responses.
  • Conduct engaging product demos, follow-up calls, and move deals forward with urgency.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs for smooth lead handoffs and connect with the Support team to address client queries.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
  • Engage in coaching sessions and strategic discussions to refine sales approach.
