Requirements
  • 5–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations in a business-to-business software-as-a-service environment.
  • Direct experience operating across multiple go-to-market motions simultaneously, including outbound, inbound, channel, and/or product-led growth.
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including building Flows, designing the data model, and implementing validation rules without delegating everything to a developer.
  • Marketo or equivalent marketing automation operational experience, including lifecycle architecture, lead scoring, and Marketo-Salesforce synchronization governance.
  • Gong.io or equivalent conversation intelligence tool experience, including tracker creation, coaching dashboards, and deal inspection.
  • Demonstrated experience building a forecasting methodology from scratch rather than inheriting one.
  • Financial modeling comfort, including unit economics, capacity planning, quota modeling, and compensation plan design.
  • Experience at a company with $15 million–$75 million in annual recurring revenue, with hands-on system-building experience.
Responsibilities
  • Design and own the forecasting architecture using weighted pipeline, historical conversion rates, forecast categories, and a weekly forecasting cadence.
  • Build a standardized reporting hierarchy from executive decision-making needs through frontline dashboards.
  • Implement Salesforce data governance, including mandatory stage-exit criteria, validation rules, controlled picklists, and loss-reason capture on every Closed Lost opportunity.
  • Segment reporting and forecasting by go-to-market motion.
  • Build and maintain the unit economics dashboard covering customer acquisition cost, customer acquisition cost payback period, lifetime value-to-customer acquisition cost ratio, Magic Number, net revenue retention, gross revenue retention, and sales-and-marketing efficiency trends.
  • Own the full lead lifecycle in Marketo, including definitions, entry and exit criteria, and scoring model governance.
  • Own Marketo-Salesforce synchronization governance, including field-mapping audits, synchronization-log review, and application programming interface consumption monitoring.
  • Own multi-touch attribution using first-touch, last-touch, and influence models across all four go-to-market motions.
  • Build and enforce speed-to-lead service-level agreements and sales-accepted-lead standards, and build recycle plays for disqualified leads.
  • Monitor and report marketing-funnel performance, including lead volume, marketing-qualified-lead-to-sales-qualified-lead conversion, channel efficiency, and marketing-sourced versus marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Design and enforce sales-stage definitions with mandatory exit criteria, and build deal-desk processes for non-standard pricing and terms.
  • Own territory design, quota-allocation methodology, and annual capacity planning, including ramp rates, hiring timelines, and coverage-ratio targets by segment.
  • Run the weekly pipeline-review cadence with sales leadership, covering stage-conversion anomalies, stale deals, and forecast accuracy.
  • Design compensation plans across all four go-to-market motions, including rules of engagement for multi-touch deals.
  • Create Gong AI Trackers for required language, frameworks, and discovery questions, and build adoption dashboards by representative, team, and region.
  • Surface gaps between training and call behavior, and work with sales managers to close them using Gong-sourced coaching examples.
  • Use Gong deal boards for pipeline inspection, including multi-threading health, next-step coverage, competitor mentions, and conversation-based risk signals.
  • Build the enablement feedback loop in which Gong measures adoption, Revenue Operations reports gaps, managers coach with call evidence, and enablement iterates.
  • Build account-level ownership rules and real-time routing logic to prevent conflicts among outbound, inbound, product-led growth, and partner motions.
  • Design product-qualified-lead routing logic with product-usage trigger thresholds, account-level checks, and compensation-plan rules for sales-assisted product-led-growth conversions.
  • Design deal-registration governance and conflict-resolution service-level agreements for the partner channel.
  • Own separate Salesforce Opportunity Record Types per motion with unified roll-up reporting.
  • Run a monthly cross-functional go-to-market alignment meeting with sales, marketing, customer success, and partner leadership.
  • Implement an intake process, maintain a quarterly roadmap of four to five initiatives, and force trade-off conversations on new requests.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, such as an independent software vendor, systems integrator, or AppExchange partner.
  • Experience designing and governing partner or channel operations within a multi-motion go-to-market model.
  • SQL proficiency or experience with a business-intelligence tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
  • Prior experience designing and administering sales compensation plans.

Flosum updates Backup & Archive solution for Salesforce with legal hold, flexible retention, and faster recovery.

Flosum updates Backup & Archive solution for Salesforce with legal hold, flexible retention, and faster recovery. New capabilities deliver stronger performance, deeper visibility, granular governance, and a more flexible retention policy framework for enterprise Salesforce customers. June 03, 2026 14:15 ET | Source: Flosum San Ramon, CA, June 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Flosum, the leading end-to-end DevOps, data management, and data protection platform for Salesforce, today announced a comprehensive update to Flosum Backup & Archive, its enterprise backup, recovery, and archival solution for Salesforce. The update, rolling out to existing customers, delivers significant gains in performance, visibility, and governance, giving Salesforce teams more precise control over how their data is backed up, archived, retained, and recovered. Update at a glance The latest update to Flosum Backup & Archive introduces: * 60% faster restore times across backup and archival operations * Reduced Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) times for faster recovery and tighter data protection windows * Deeper visibility into previous versions of backed-up and archived data * Multi-language support for distributed teams operating across global deployments * Legal hold controls to prevent deletion or modification of specific data for compliance and litigation * Expanded archival controls for finer governance over what is archived, when, and for how long * 100% coverage for all component types (data types, data elements, etc.) across the full Salesforce data estate * Deeper support for data hierarchy, with policies that follow parent-child relationships across complex datasets * An enhanced retention policy framework with more flexible, rule-based configurations Why this update matters As enterprises face mounting pressure from regulators, auditors, and internal risk functions, the ability to govern Salesforce data at a granular level has become a defining requirement. This update directly addresses that requirement, expanding what customers can control, how quickly they can recover, and how confidently they can demonstrate compliance across complex, distributed data estates. "Our customers tell us their Salesforce data has become one of their most regulated and most scrutinized assets," said Girish Jashnani, CEO at Flosum. "This update strengthens Flosum Backup & Archive with the granular, evidence-ready controls modern compliance, legal, and risk teams expect, including legal hold, flexible retention, and consistent policy across the full data hierarchy. And it makes recovery itself measurably faster, so when something does go wrong, our customers are back up and running with minimal disruption." Faster recovery and stronger performance The update brings drastically improved system performance across backup and archival operations, along with major reductions in Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) times. The result is faster recovery and tighter data protection windows for organizations operating at scale. Greater visibility and global accessibility Flosum Backup & Archive customers now have deeper visibility into previous versions of backed-up and archived data, making historical records easier to locate, review, and restore. The update also introduces multi-language support, allowing distributed teams across global deployments to operate the platform in their preferred language. Granular data management The update expands governance capabilities with new and enhanced controls: * Legal hold controls that prevent the deletion or modification of specific data for compliance and litigation purposes. * Expanded archival controls for finer governance over what is archived, when, and for how long. * Support for all component types, ensuring consistent policy application across the full data estate. * Deeper support for data hierarchy, enabling policies to follow parent-child relationships across complex datasets. A more flexible retention policy framework The retention policy framework in Flosum Backup & Archive has been substantially enhanced, offering more flexible, rule-based configurations to help organizations meet evolving business and regulatory requirements. Availability The new capabilities are part of Flosum's ongoing platform investment and are included for existing Flosum Backup & Archive customers at no additional cost. Legal hold prevents the deletion or modification of specific Salesforce data, ensuring it remains preserved and unaltered for compliance, audit, or litigation purposes. What is Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO)? RPO measures the maximum acceptable amount of data loss between backups.
