  • Review test data and support design changes
  • Lead cross-functional communications
  • Develop and maintain product schedules
  • Generate, review, and approve CAD models and drawings
  • Provide dispositions for discrepant hardware
  • Maintain proper documentation of all designs
  • Work with procurement team to ensure supply chain support
  • Technical mentorship for team members
  • Author guidance on design best practices
