- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent technical education and experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership roles on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, and best practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks such as Process Automation, Flows, Dashboards/Reports, Lightning Web Components, Object Maintenance, Entitlements, and RBAC
- Ability to design solutions that are maintainable and scalable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Teams; experience with other business management software is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and overall system maintenance
- Optimize Salesforce utilization, including budgeting and vendor management
- Lead the evaluation, scope, and execution of new Salesforce development initiatives and process improvements across marketing, sales, and client delivery workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes within Salesforce and ensure alignment with business needs
- Oversee system testing, training, deployment, and documentation for Salesforce changes and updates
- Conduct system audits, manage data feeds and integrations, and prepare for required upgrades
- Develop and execute the Salesforce and business applications roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, and security requirements are met
- Provide technical leadership, promoting best practices and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Coach and mentor teams to enhance Salesforce adoption and operational excellence
- Maintain a comprehensive Salesforce training program and ensure technical documentation is up to date
- Research and recommend new Salesforce features to improve efficiencies
