- Provide remote or hybrid sales leadership for facilities management/integrated facilities management services to large legal and corporate clients in assigned regions.
- Participate in training programs offered remotely, hybrid, or at the corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia for up to three weeks, with travel, lodging, and accommodations provided.
- Receive leads and have the ability to set appointments in your home city before heading back to client engagements.
- Support a team that includes marketing, information technology, and field operations to hit sales goals and deliver high-level service to clients.
- Pursue a path to Global Director of Sales as part of career advancement.
- Operate within a compensation structure that includes up to 12% uncapped commissions and potential equity at revenue milestones for eligible RVPs.
