This is a position for an early career Program Manager to help the growing needs for Electric Hydrogen. Working with our Sr. Program Manager, you will develop, define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. You will monitor and drive the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters. You will monitor budgets and spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones, represent the program, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
You will be based at our facility in Natick, MA, or San Carlos, CA, and will report to our Sr. Program Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
- Define the program governance
- Plan the overall program and monitor the progress
- Manage the program’s budget
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
- Manage and utilize resources across projects
- Manage stakeholders’ communication
- Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s "outcome" with the aid of the Program owner
- Manage program documentation and make sure the right versions are documented and communicated cross-functionally.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
- 3+ years of experience in operations, throughout the product life cycle from Concept to EOL
- Experience partnering and leading geographically dispersed and/or ad-hoc teams. Experience working in various geographic locations
- Experience with developing and deploying organizational strategies and goals
- Experience in developing and writing white papers, detailed project reports and presenting in executive level meetings
- Ability to travel across sites up to 25% of time.

$76,000—$100,000 USD
Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
