Requirements
  • 6+ years in Strategic Finance/BizOps, including 3+ years in high-growth SaaS business models. Foundational experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity preferred
  • Deep experience in identifying business insights through analytics and driving meaningful outcomes
  • Expert-level forecasting and modeling ability
  • Expertise in SQL, Looker, Salesforce
  • Fervor for B2B business models and the broader market landscape
  • Energized by cultivating collaborative working relationships and driving inclusive problem-solving

Responsibilities
  • Coverage Area: Be the Financial Planning & Strategy lead for the SMB business, across self-serve, sales-assisted, and partner channels. Be the go-to FP&S partner to multiple leads across the cross-functional team
  • Performance Management & Forecasting: Develop reporting and forecasting that provide a fundamental understanding of our business drivers and actionable insight into opportunities to improve business performance
  • Planning: Drive the SMB long-range and annual planning processes - defining strategic priorities, goals, OKRs, and budgets
  • Strategy & Investment Decisions: Inform key strategic and investment decisions through structured frameworks and data-driven analyses
  • GTM Efficiency: Own efficiency frameworks (ie. unit economics, channel ROI) to inform improvement plans and investments
Desired Qualifications
  • Well versed in SMB self-serve and sales-assisted funnels. Experience in Partner Channel business models and economics is a plus
