Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading experimentation or conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives at a global scale.
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and the latest trends in experimentation, technology, and methodology.
  • Strong grasp of the statistical concepts that underpin experimentation such as pre- and post-test analysis, and geotesting/incrementality packages.
  • Advanced experience managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally.
  • Comfortable and skilled in providing strategic and operational intelligence when guiding clients through framework, design, and deployment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the global experimentation strategy to ensure its integration into all aspects of marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Global Intelligence head to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across the board.
  • Foster a culture of testing and learning to encourage teams to embrace experimentation in their strategies.
  • Design and implement robust testing frameworks and processes to support scalable and data-driven decision-making that are underpinned and enhanced by proprietary technology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage the latest in technology and methodology for experimentation.
  • Develop the intelligence practice into a team of experimentation specialists to promote continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Measure and report on the impact of experimentation initiatives to continuously seek ways to improve outcomes and efficiency.
