- Experience maintaining software installation patch levels across multiple systems.

- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade process for applications developed by different development groups and teams.
- Implement commercial off-the-shelf installations, changes, upgrades, and patches in production.
- Install and configure systems, custom software packages, and third-party software packages.
- Translate development team requirements into application and system configurations.
- Coordinate tasks between development teams and the systems team.
- Evaluate and improve current processes, or design and implement new processes to meet business needs.
- Use systems and networking knowledge to isolate and fix application problems.
