Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact and corporate representative for Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
  • Oversee the entire project life cycle, including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resource management, and safety.
  • Provide involvement and support throughout proposal and preconstruction processes.
  • Work with estimating and purchasing during the procurement and buy-out phase.
  • Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates as necessary.
  • Review and manage project team and staffing requirements.
  • Attend and run weekly owner, architect, and contractor project and subcontractor meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage project financials, including cost reporting, monthly requisitions, invoice review and approval, timely completion, requisition processes, cash flow, and proactive issue communication.
  • Prepare budget forecasts.
  • Manage changes, including negotiation of disputes as necessary.
  • Represent the company with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
  • Manage Owner communication and reporting.
  • Mentor and manage multiple team members on large, complex, or multiple projects.
  • Evaluate team-member performance and identify training needs.
  • Conduct training and development of others.
  • Oversee project controls, including RFIs, submittals, and material delivery tracking, with support from the Assistant Project Manager and Project Executive.
  • Oversee material delivery tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee meeting agendas, minutes development, and reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors, including early notification of submittal and material-delivery schedule expectations.
  • Assist the Project Superintendent and other team members in resolving critical issues focused on quality, cost, and schedule, with documentation as necessary.
  • Monitor executed subcontracts and insurance certificates and verify contracts and insurance before work begins.
  • Work with the Project Scheduler to update and distribute the project master schedule with input from the Superintendent and project teams.
  • Complete and implement the project closeout checklist.
  • Manage timely closeout documentation for assembly and submission to the Design Team and Owner.
  • Oversee and coordinate work, manage punch-list issuance and completion by Subcontractors, and drive the project to completion.
  • Conduct field walks and compile related documentation, review Design Team field reports, and coordinate resolution of open items.
  • Perform regular safety walks with field and safety staff and record observations.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting interviews for project pursuits.
  • Lead development and management of project profit opportunities, including self-perform trades.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture is preferred.
  • OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 are preferred.
  • Additional proficiencies may include cost management software such as Timberline or Sage, scheduling software such as Primavera P6, and construction management software such as Procore.

Griffin Pavilion in New York to revolutionize the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. Shaped by the architectural vision of CannonDesign in association with Foster + Partners, the $2.3 billion facility will provide 208 single-occupancy inpatient beds and 12 enhanced operating and procedure suites. Integrating leading-edge robotics and digital infrastructure, the 27-story structure will significantly expand capacity to meet a growing need for care, while also accommodating more complex cases. Spanning 883,000 sf, the patient-centered building will connect to MSK's existing hospital on its main Manhattan campus via an enclosed two-story patient bridge. Flexible spaces will enable the incorporation of advanced technologies and machinery in the future, and a modular and standardized layout will promote ease of navigation. The development will be built by a joint venture of Turner Construction Company and Consigli Construction Co., Inc. The project team also includes AvroKO, Studio O+A, and MNLA. Structural demolition and excavation work began on site in 2025 and steel erection will start in mid-2027. Christian Christensen MD Health Center to revitalize public medical infrastructure in Saint Croix. Flad Architects and Taller Larjas designed the 117,000-sf facility, which will support primary care, laboratory services, emergency medical care, dentistry, and environmental health, as well as behavioral health and services for women, infants, and children. Replacing the Charles Harwood Memorial Complex, the innovative development will include clinics, a teaching kitchen, and wellness venues within a warm, modern environment that integrates the latest equipment and technologies. Centralized administrative and regulatory offices for the wider territory will be accompanied by conference venues that provide educational opportunities while driving community engagement. Emphasizing sustainability and resiliency, the five-story complex incorporates advanced structural systems, redundant power generation, modern mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and building automation systems to ensure the continuity of operations throughout emergencies. This leading-edge public health and wellness center is being built by a joint venture of Consigli Construction and J. Benton Construction.
