Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute business change strategies with relevant digital teams in line with the overall direction set by Digital Products and Innovation leadership.
  • Serve as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to support a coherent, unified strategy.
  • Work with business leaders to help them become change sponsors.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of project communications for the Digital Products and Innovation team.
  • Manage internal communications for the Digital Products and Innovation team.
