Program Manager

What we need

• Proven experience working with and delivering programs for large, complex Enterprise clients.

• Demonstrable experience in a senior customer-facing role (e.g., technical consulting, cloud professional services, or program management) interfacing directly with executive-level stakeholders.

• A track record of managing technical implementations, IT transformation programs, or similar initiatives from inception to completion.

• Strong command of program governance, framework design, and practice leadership in addition to project management methodologies and experience mentoring others in process, organization, and change management.

• Ability to define and implement measurement systems to track project health, adoption, and performance, and to drive corrective actions when necessary.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a rigorous and analytical approach to delivering enterprise-level projects.

• People & Practice Leader: You have a proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing junior Project Managers or Delivery Leads. You enjoy leveling up others, sharing best practices, and building a high-performing, consistent delivery culture within your team.
