Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a J.D at an accredited law school
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Must be in the office at least three days per week
Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and templates
  • Entry of sales contracts into the CRM
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify business process opportunities and drive to closure
  • Perform legal research and document key findings
  • Improve current policies, procedures, and workflows in the Legal Team
