Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience, including experience in a leadership role
  • Track record in implementing world-class sourcing strategies, material planning, and supply chain continuous improvement programs
  • Experience in NPI for hardware products, starting up and scaling volume production, and production transfers
  • Solid knowledge in ERP/MRP systems. Familiarity with Odoo is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make difficult decisions
  • Hands-on leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop team
  • Experience in complex, physical product industries such as medical device, semiconductor, or automotive preferred
  • Experience with a start-up organization preferred
  • Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional environment
  • Direct people management experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide tactical ownership of purchasing, planning, technical sourcing and logistics while supporting broader supply chain operations strategy
  • Develop and own the global supply base including contract manufacturers
  • Establish goals and objectives and drive performance across the organization
  • Define and execute sourcing strategies in support of organizational goals
  • Lead and grow supply chain team
  • Lead the RFQ process and supplier negotiations for new products and sustaining programs
  • Manage supplier performance to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery time, and cost
  • Develop and lead the SOIP (Sales Operations Inventory Planning) process
  • Drive the development of a highly efficient and scalable materials management function, including warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of our ERP system
  • Collaborate with Engineering to influence technical design decisions and NPI strategies
