Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-yr undergraduate program with a focus on business analysis, operations, computer science or a related discipline.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future.
  • Candidate must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before May 2025.
  • Candidate must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from May - August 2025.
Responsibilities
  • Establish a list of all capabilities currently in Vertex-Veeva CRM
  • Create the first version of a functional specification guide for the Veeva CRM platform with key features
  • Establish a process for updating, expanding, and maintaining documentation on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Solution Architect and Platform Operations Lead for Veeva CRM to understand requirements
  • Work with Veeva CRM business analyst and product owner teams to document capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • May have a Veeva CRM/Salesforce system administrator certification or is interested in obtaining one.
