  • 10+ years experience in finance at a high growth, enterprise tech company, specifically Sales Finance experience focused on SaaS a plus. MBA preferred
  • Ability to influence business partners and provide recommendations in order to drive decision-making and execution
  • Experience driving planning and forecasting processes, including coordination, communication, managing deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to partner effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
  • Experience developing and improving processes in support of growth and scaling the business
  • Proficient in Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau,, Clari, and/or other comparable software systems, a plus
  • Serve as the finance business partner to the GTM teams noted above
  • Drive the annual planning and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes
  • Work cross functionally to support the long range planning process, representing these key business areas in the process
  • Manage headcount and operating expenses, identifying areas of opportunity that could yield better returns and/or highlight areas of risk to the business
  • Develop and track metrics, KPIs, and leading and lagging indicators of operational success to top line performance
  • Deep dive on business investments to understand productivity, cost to book/serve, and other key metrics. Enhance and/or develop drivers and ROI based frameworks to further support investment decision making
  • Identify opportunities to build and/or streamline processes, policies, and tools to enable efficiency and scale. Work cross functionally to drive change
  • Own the development of presentation materials and narratives to support leadership meetings, QBRs, BOD, or other
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support based on business needs
  • Develop and mentor a finance manager and scale support for the business over time as the business grows
