Requirements
- 10+ years experience in finance at a high growth, enterprise tech company, specifically Sales Finance experience focused on SaaS a plus. MBA preferred
- Ability to influence business partners and provide recommendations in order to drive decision-making and execution
- Experience driving planning and forecasting processes, including coordination, communication, managing deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to partner effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
- Experience developing and improving processes in support of growth and scaling the business
- Proficient in Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce.com, Clari, and/or other comparable software systems, a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance business partner to the GTM teams noted above
- Drive the annual planning and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes
- Work cross functionally to support the long range planning process, representing these key business areas in the process
- Manage headcount and operating expenses, identifying areas of opportunity that could yield better returns and/or highlight areas of risk to the business
- Develop and track metrics, KPIs, and leading and lagging indicators of operational success to top line performance
- Deep dive on business investments to understand productivity, cost to book/serve, and other key metrics. Enhance and/or develop drivers and ROI based frameworks to further support investment decision making
- Identify opportunities to build and/or streamline processes, policies, and tools to enable efficiency and scale. Work cross functionally to drive change
- Own the development of presentation materials and narratives to support leadership meetings, QBRs, BOD, or other
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support based on business needs
- Develop and mentor a finance manager and scale support for the business over time as the business grows
