Operator Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Attending the break down maintenance through internal support or through external contractors to ensure plant uptime as required.

• Conduct  Preventive maintenance as per plan and report the observations to maintenance superiors.

• Identify and execute continuous improvement projects and documentation.

• To arrange for installation of new equipment and their commissioning.

• To oversee the work of contractors to ensure that all safety and legal norms are complied with

• Accurately record all data and to prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications:

• Should have 0 to 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing industry in electrical maintenance .

• Working knowledge of electrical equipment used in process industry, including material handling equipment, HT and LT installations and safety systems.

• Should have hands on experience in electrical maintenance; should be willing to work without assistance as and when required;

• Must possess  written & oral skills necessary to effectively document and  communicate technical information/ specifications  to colleagues and contractors  with varied educational backgrounds;

• Exposure to QMS, EMS and OSHAS systems.
