- Must have IBM Business Process Manager, Operational Decision Manager, and IBM Business Monitor 8.x administration experience.
- Experience with IBM BPM installation or ODM or IBM Business Monitor configuration, support and troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server, and Deployment Manager.
- Good understanding of WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment version 8.0/8.5.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions using IBM Operational Decision Manager, IBM Business Process Manager, and IBM Business Monitor.
- Experience writing Python or Jython scripts to automate environment administration.
- Shell scripting and knowledge of Linux and Solaris operating systems.
- Knowledge of at least one web server such as Apache or IBM HTTP Server and its integration with IBM BPM.
- Strong experience developing BPM solutions using IBM BPM 8.x.
- Understanding of technologies such as Java, HTML, JavaScript, relational databases or NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of how IBM BPM, ODM, or IBM Business Monitor work underneath the hood.
- ITIL knowledge or certification.
