Requirements
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in creative design and branding
  • Strong understanding of design tools and technologies and creative production processes
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
  • Previous leadership experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
  • Familiarity with the creative industry trends and emerging technologies is preferred
  • Experience/knowledge with/of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Elevating Creativity: Helping the team elevate our creativity through various projects, all while bringing our stakeholders on the journey.
  • Brand Guidance & Evolution: Develop and implement best practices, guidelines, and standard design practices for the creative team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, ensuring seamless cross-functional communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Enhancing Self Serve: Support the creation, testing and implementation of self serve templates and tools – allowing others to design at speed without compromising our brand and relying on too much design time and effort.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product, and technology to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Foster positive relationships and clear communication channels to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the creative design team. Facilitate skill development, and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.
