- Previous experience working with seniors or in recreational therapy is preferred.

- Assist the Life Enrichment Coordinator in planning, organizing, and facilitating daily activities and recreational programs for residents.
- Engage residents in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Support residents in participating in activities, ensuring inclusivity and encouragement.
- Help set up and clean up activity spaces and materials.
- Monitor and document residents’ participation and responses to activities.
- Foster a friendly, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff.
- Previous experience working with seniors or in recreational therapy.
