  • 4+ years of experience managing, monitoring, and deploying macOS and iOS devices in an enterprise environment
  • Experienced with developing PowerShell or bash/zsh automation scripts and tooling
  • Extensive experience with managing mobile and macOS devices using an MDM platform such as Intune, Workspace One, or Jamf Pro
  • Understanding of software distribution and patching technologies for macOS and iOS/iPadOS
  • Knowledge of macOS and iOS security features and best practices
  • Experience managing the life cycles of Apple Devices using Apple Business Manager
  • Integration of various systems to fulfill business needs
  • Ability to troubleshoot macOS/iOS operating systems, applications, peripherals, network, and audio-visual problems
  • Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning
  • Clear and concise communicator with a high degree of customer service
  • Flexible and reliable team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
  • Maintain, improve, automate, and standardize a fleet of macOS and mobile devices
  • Create and maintain scripts and interact with MDM systems and devices
  • Collaborate with internal groups and external vendors to find solutions to problems
  • Resolve issues, plan and execute deployments, and improve systems
  • Document problem resolution and keep good records
  • Monitor and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile device environments
  • Support daily work of colleagues and ensure systems operate at the highest standard
